I have read many instructions on carving a turkey and I could never achieve nice slices. Now I can. Turns out I knew what I was doing I just did not have the proper tools. This carving set, with it’s very sharp knife and strong fork, is wonderful.

Henckels makes a great knife and this set represents a great value. If you like a heavier knife, go with a Wustof. If you favor a lighter set, this is the one.
